Convenient to city centre and university. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilities while not top of the range were clean and well maintained.
Helpful staff Great breakfast Very quiet, especially for location Safe and secure Clean
Room was very cold. Thermostat wouldn't stay at a constant temperature - it repeatedly went down to 16c, which wasn't ideal in January!
How Central it was, the hotel was clean and staff were pleasant.
Had 1 complaint the door access unit it to the room, started making a noise in the middle of the night like a dripping tap, complained about it as we didn't sleep much due to it.
the place near the town of aberdeen ,shops, aberdeen collage
the room was very smale , no AC ,
Quality accommodation at a budget price. I travelled as a mother with 2 teenage girls to attend a concert at the AECC and we all felt safe and comfortable. It was good to have on site parking too.
large room, clean
beds for children right against side of big bed, made it awkward to get in and out of bed and there was enough room to have placed them elsewhere.
Lovely Spacious room, Food lovely, Great service, Breakfast staff Very Friendly.
Room Very Cold when we entered, Bathroom a bit dirty,
Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was fine, with a good bed. Bathroom showed in corners near floor some age problems.
Lack of ashtray outside the hotel; people threw their sigarette butts along side if the entrance of the hotel.
The staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean. food was very nice. had no complaints. The first night the fire alarm went off, fire brigade and all, it was handled in a professional manner, quickly and efficiently. Full marks.
Location. It took a while to find the hotel. It was difficult to get directions as anybody we asked didnt seem to have heard of it. It was a bit off the beaten track for a stranger to the city.
Location and comfort excellent value
Central location, friendly, helpful staff
On the second night of my stay, the restaurant was open only to people with vouchers because of a problem with some kitchen equipment - this meant having to go out to find somewhere to eat which was tiresome after a long day. However, I imagine this is a very rare occurrence and the reception staff provided helpful information about local eating places.
Would have enjoyed our stay much more had the cleaners not left our window wide open all day and turned the heating off. Given it is the month of December and freezing cold I did not expect this, we had our two young children with us and the room was absolutely freezing, very disappointed .
Cold bed room
Very handy for what we wanted to do.
Car Park can be very busy have to go early to get a space.
Geenrally everything as I would expect.
Heating in the room was poor.
For the cost of the room, I expected more. Had to pay for wifi at £3 for 24 hours when others are free, no buscuits with the tea/ coffee facilities, no iron etc Being in the city, it was a bit noisey, car parking was limited to first come first there
